A.D. Herath Engineering was established by Mr. H.M. Ashoka Dilshan Kumara, a qualified NDT Civil Engineer and Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka, based in Poddala, Galle. From the beginning, the goal was straightforward: deliver quality, eco-friendly construction at prices that are honest and fair.
Our ICTAD/CIDA C4 registration qualifies us to tender for government and public sector projects island-wide. That accreditation, alongside our team's professional credentials, has earned us contracts with the Road Development Authority, Ceylon Electricity Board, Save the Children International and the National Water Supply and Drainage Board.
The team we have built reflects the standards we hold ourselves to. Our Consultant Engineer graduated from the University of Moratuwa and brings 28 years of hands-on experience. Our Head of Construction holds an MSc in Construction Project Management and has supervised sites for over 12 years. Our Head of Tendering is an IQSSL member with 9 years of quantity surveying expertise.
